- Corrections. A fee, deadline, portal, or rule on a state page no longer matches the official source. Corrections are our most valuable email — please include the state and the page address if you can.
- A state you want covered. We add states only after hands-on verification, but requests tell us where to go next.
- Questions about this site — including anything about our Affiliate Disclosure or Privacy Policy.
What we cannot do
- We cannot check a name for you, file your LLC, act as your registered agent, or tell you whether a name infringes a trademark.
- We cannot give legal or tax advice. For decisions with real money at stake, a business attorney or accountant in your state is the right call.
